A multi-faceted culinary offering contemporary recipes and local ingredients: Artemis by Epidamn WS is among the best food experiences to try on Albanian coastline. Chefs Ardit Qato and Daniil Papatriantafyllou present new authentic Mediterranean flavors, using fresh and seasonal products. The restaurant’s menu includes sea bass ceviche with spicy tomato, marinate cilantro and red bell peppers, home made ravioli filled with summer pumpkins and ricotta cheese, homemade pasta with mullet tartare, and sea bass cooked with fresh vegetables. Everything is fresh, tasty and presented in an original way -included the dishes realized by Albanian artists. EXPERIENCES

Throw in the freshwater swimming pool with sea views, lounge bar where to sip fruit cocktails while breathing the sea air, and comfortable sun loungers in the private beach in front of the hotel: this is not an easy place to tear yourself away from.
