The Albanian Riviera is one of the best destinations to visit in Albania and the Balkans, with pebbly beaches, wild nature and hidden bays, but it is also blessed with many ancient villages and sacred monasteries. From Dhërmi with its breathtaking views and cristal waters to Ksamil, nicknamed “Caribbean of Albania”, there is plenty of places to discover.

Albania’s fun seekers gather in Saranda when they’re looking for a great night out. Bars, restaurants, tavernas and clubs fill up quickly in this coastal town, located a few kilometers from the Greek border. But for those seeking for quieter places, the Albanian Riviera doesn’t dissapoint: from Vuno to Borsh, Qeparo, Lukovë and Himara, every single place deserve to be seen.

Be it summer or winter, residents and visitors alike enjoy exploring these ancient stone villages, with cobblestone streets, traditional houses and churches with small rounded domes, swimming in the Ionian multicolored waters, relaxing at the beach, watching the sun set with the Greek islands in the background, and discovering romance under the moon-lit sky. When the lights come on in the evening, the Albanian Riviera looks like something from a movie.
