Flower Restaurant and Brutal Restaurant, both curated by Chef Gent Malaveci, have recently won awards for the best hotel restaurants in Albania, World Culinary Awards. These two gastronomic temples have been at the forefront of a food revolution in the Adriatic country, introducing new flavors and innovative approach to Albania’s dining scene, like sous vide cooking and molecular gastronomy. Flower Restaurant is specialized in fish-based cuisine: here you can taste dishes like fresh vongole shell fish with fedelini, cod fish and ajo amarillo, showcasing the restaurant’s commitment to using only the freshest and most unique ingredients. Flower Garden also features the Brutal Steakhouse, an indoor and outdoor restaurant, where guests can indulge in delicious meals. But the best hotspot for carnivores is Brutal Restaurant.
